Sudsy Paws wants the station you receive to match the configuration you ordered. This page explains returns, refunds, and the 2-year warranty shown on the product page.
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete, or not the configuration in your checkout summary, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will repair, replace the affected part, or refund the affected portion of the order.
Because this is a large made-to-order style fixture, contact us before sending anything back. Returns of unused, uninstalled stations may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if we approve the return first. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or a damaged item. Original shipping is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
The pictured dog wash station includes a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, alteration, or ordinary wear. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a short description. We will repair or replace the defective part, or refund the purchase price of that part if repair is not practical.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Shopify checkout. Timing depends on the payment provider.
